Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Snowboard Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will advise customers on snowboard gear, recommend equipment and accessories, manage inventory, and maintain product displays. Ideal candidates have retail or outdoor-sports experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for snowboarding. Duties include processing sales, fitting boots and bindings, and supporting demos and seasonal events. Must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work weekends and holidays. Prior sales or technical boot-fitting experience is a plus.
