Job Description
Under the direction of the Team Leader and Production Team Leader, the Textile Sorter processes and sorts donated textiles by quality, brand, and season. Primary duties include placing non-sellable items into outlet containers, storing non-seasonal back stock in company boxes, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Additional duties include attending training, following Core Principles, and performing tasks assigned by leaders. Qualifications: retail or stock-handling experience preferred, ability to stand for long periods, knowledge of linen brands, basic math and beginner computer skills, calm response to emergencies, and ability to follow directions. This position has no supervisory or purchasing authority.
