Job Description

Join our team as a Spray-On Bedliner Trainer. You will teach proper spray application techniques, surface preparation, masking, equipment operation, safety, and quality control for bedliner systems. Deliver hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and written guidance; monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and maintain training materials. Require 3+ years of commercial bedliner application experience, strong communication skills, certification in spray equipment operation preferred, and ability to travel to client sites. Physical ability to perform demonstrations and lift equipment is required. Provide professional, safety-focused instruction that improves application consistency and customer satisfaction.
