Job Description

Once Upon a Child®, the #1 chain of children’s resale stores, is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Flower Mound, TX location. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Model customer service skills
• Recruit and manage a team of 15-20 associates
• Maintain merchandise standards and inventory levels
• Lead the team to exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: $55,00 – $70,00 per year
