As a Store Manager at Tillys, you will lead a team of Associates and Managers to consistently deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve managing store operations, recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating your team. Hourly Salary Range: $23.08 – $27.37, dependent on experience and location.
