Job Description

Support Citi Trends’ retail operations: process freight, perform price changes/markdowns, operate register (cash/check/card), call prices, bag items, obtain manager approval for returns/voids, maintain store housekeeping and safety, maintain a neat professional appearance with a name tag, assist merchandising and management, explain exchange/refund policies, and support loss prevention. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, and availability for flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
