Job Description
The USC Student Services Contact Center is seeking a Student Services Advisor I. This role involves assisting with the admission process for undergraduate and graduate applicants and supporting students with financial aid inquiries.
Responsibilities include addressing financial queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, as well as evaluating student issues and facilitating referrals to appropriate services.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to USC’s Unifying Values, including integrity and inclusion.
Hourly rate: $28.43 – $30.00.
