Job Description

Lanterra Pools is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our dedicated team. This role involves working with the field manager and attending mandatory weekly meetings. A company truck will be provided, with additional pay for those using their own vehicles. Each technician will receive a fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools
• Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
• Balancing chemicals and evaluating equipment
• Completing detailed service reports

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and background check
• Fluency in English with a clean appearance
