Job Description

Role Purpose: The primary duty is to expedite transactions through the warehouse management system, providing information and resolving issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse associates. The role supports outbound, inbound, or parcel functions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and manage daily waves of orders.
• Utilize system screens to monitor workload.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve inventory issues.
• Schedule inbound carriers and manage outbound shipping.
• Generate system reports to evaluate shift progress.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Six months warehouse experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred
