Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of taxation including compliance, planning, forecasting, M&A evaluation, and tax agency inquiries. This is a remote position with occasional meetings at the Long Beach, CA office.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Assist in filing corporate income tax returns, preparing GAAP and statutory tax provisions, and reconciling tax payable accounts. Support state apportionment schedules and tax credits documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required; 0-1 years of experience; CPA preferred.
