Job Description
PMA Companies is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our Premium Operations team. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely processing of work assignments while adhering to established procedures to meet service level goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training to the team.
- Update training materials weekly and communicate workflow changes.
- Provide technical support and perform daily quality reviews.
- Deliver weekly scorecards and resolve field inquiries promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Company’s Code of Business Conduct.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
