Job Description
We are seeking a professional Telephone Interviewer to conduct phone surveys, collect accurate responses, and record data according to scripts and protocols.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls, verifying respondent eligibility, asking questions clearly, entering answers into the system, and maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
Ideal candidates have strong verbal communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, patience, and previous survey or call center experience is preferred.
