Job Description

Join our team at Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support as a Thrift Store Receiving Clerk! We are looking for a dedicated individual to work one or two days during the week, plus weekends. The role involves handling all incoming donations, which includes unloading, sorting, and stocking various donated goods, including furniture. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Training will be provided in cashier duties, customer service, and pricing items.

• Inspect and sort donated items according to category and condition.
• Hang clothes and organize them on racks.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; retail experience is a plus.
