Job Description

Location: Gary, IN

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: FULLTIME; Wednesday-Friday plus every other weekend, 3:00 p.m.-1:30 a.m.

Schneider is seeking a dedicated Trailer Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on company trailers. Responsibilities include conducting tire changes, minor electrical repairs, and utilizing maintenance software to track work orders. Candidates should hold a technical degree in welding or electronics, or have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Basic welding skills and experience with diagnostic software are preferred.
