Job Description
Douglas Elliman Property Management, the premier property management company in real estate, is seeking a full-time Transfer Agent.
Position Overview: The Transfer Agent is responsible for managing sales, leases, transfers, and lease renewals in co-op and condo buildings, overseeing the application process from start to finish and preparing closing documents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and processing Board application packages.
- Communicating daily with Board members, applicants, attorneys, and brokers.
- Monthly reporting of sale and lease activity to Boards.
- Collecting fees due during processing/closing.
- Scheduling Board interviews for applicants.
- Preparing various closing documents.
Salary range: $65,00 – $73,00
