Job Description
Northwell Health is seeking a dedicated Transportation Services Associate to assist in picking up and delivering various items between internal and external hospital locations. This role involves escorting and transporting patients within the facility, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in picking up and delivering items as per operating procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of transport vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle mileage records and operate vehicles in accordance with applicable laws.
- Inform management of vehicle activities and issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License in New York State required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
