Job Description

The Triage Agent prepares customer electronic products for repair, performing basic part replacements and cleaning to ensure units are ready for shipment. Responsibilities include removing products from shipping cartons and placing them onto test racks for functionality testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Repair Agents with serial verification and basic functionality testing.
• Conduct basic parts replacements and final cleaning of units.
• Ensure repair units are prepared and ready for shipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Able to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
