Job Description
Join Orange & Rockland as an Underground Line Technician! Under direct supervision, you will perform installation, maintenance, and operation of underground electric transmission and distribution facilities. Key responsibilities include assisting with electric cable installation, and operating various equipment required for underground work. You will also ensure compliance with company safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and aptitude for electrical work. Successful candidates must pass management-developed tests and be in sound physical condition. This position is subject to drug and alcohol testing as per the Department of Transportation requirements.
