Job Description
OSF HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Utilization Management and Review Specialist (UMR Specialist) to join our team. The pay range for this position is $33.36 – $50.34/hour, determined by years of licensure. In this role, you will evaluate patient care, address admission statuses, and identify utilization issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (to be obtained within 3 years of hire)
- 2 years of clinical experience in acute or managed care
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Familiarity with clinical EMR systems
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
