Job Description

Join our logistics team as a Warehouse Admin Support – Nights. You will manage inventory records, process shipping and receiving documents, and support night operations to maintain accuracy and on-time dispatch.

Key duties include data entry, inventory reconciliation, filing, and coordinating with warehouse staff using WMS and Excel. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of warehouse or admin experience preferred, night shift availability (typically 10 PM–6 AM), reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
