Job Description
The Jel Sert Company is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to assist the supervisor in managing workflow and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires effective communication between the supervisor and employees, and stepping in as a relief worker when necessary.
Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, directing the workforce, providing training, managing materials, and identifying safety issues. Good motor skills, communication abilities in English and Spanish, and leadership qualities are essential. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
