Job Description

Freshfields Farm is hiring a Weekend Warrior Associate. Must be available both Saturday and Sunday; no hours available Monday–Friday. This part-time role offers no paid time off or benefits. Weekend Warriors will be assigned across all departments and should be adaptable to varied tasks. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking, effective customer and team communication, and occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds. Work is primarily indoors with temperatures near or below 65°F, with short periods outdoors; noise levels are typically moderate.
