Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Wellness & Recovery Specialist to support clients through personalized recovery plans, relapse prevention, and wellness coaching. You will conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group sessions, coordinate with medical and mental health providers, and track progress using client-centered documentation. Required: bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; relevant certification and 2+ years’ experience in recovery services; strong communication, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing skills.
