Job Description
Shift: 3pm-11pm
Summary of Position: The Youth Mentor at Northeast Treatment Center will support the team and work with youth referred to the program to enhance engagement and participation, ensuring successful program completion. Responsibilities include transporting clients, maintaining attendance logs, participating in daily activities, and assisting the Lead Youth Mentor as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with high-risk youth
- Knowledge of Philadelphia JJS
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Current PA Child Abuse, FBI and PA Criminal History Clearances
- Health Assessment and PPD (TB Skin Test)
- ACT 31 Mandated Reporter Training
- CPR certification for Adult and Pediatric
- COVID Vaccination Card
